Hello, my name is Eric Chaney.  I have the awesome privilege of being the Children's Pastor for the Stanley Pentecostal Holiness Church.  This has been the most rewarding role I have ever served.  I love all the children that God has blessed our church with and enjoy being with them.  I grew up in Stanley most of my life but traveled with my Dad and family to different Air Force bases.  I have a beautiful wife Shannon and two wonderful boys Garen (7) and Braden (3).

My life before Jesus was filled with depression, confusion and alcohol abuse.  Were it not for my Mom Judy, Uncle Bud Pate, Betty Ann Reid, Eric Prince and my church's prayers, I no doubt would be lost without God today.  Jesus Chris saved me when I was 20 years old.  I have served in different roles at the Church through the years and have always tried to obey the Lord's leading and direction.

I have always been involved with the youth and children at our church.  I love driving the van and picking up kids for church.  I have a special place in my heart for those who, like me, come from a broken home.  I have many dedicated and talented volunteers who love each child dearly and pour themselves into our children every week, through Bible lessons, worship, prayer, and many fun activities.

At LIFE Children's Ministries we will continue to give ourselves to God and to the work of ministering to all the children in our church and community.
